In an effort to improve our client satisfaction program, services and maintenance operations, Akar Landscaping Services has established its own Call Center, which is ready to receive public inquiries, complaints and emergency calls. Our Call Center has already achieved high level of service to the public by providing more prompt response to customer complaints, information and queries.
Our Centralized Contact Center already serves as Akar’s central point of contact for citizens and the general public and our one-stop-shop for all customer complaints, queries and information for Pest Control Problems and Stray Animal Complaints.
Our centralized call center operates on a 24-hour, 7-days a week, 365 days a year-round basis. Akar Landscaping Services & Agriculture continues to incorporate programs to improve customer service and our Call Center is just another fine example of those efforts.
No investment in employees has defined Orkin’s commitment more visibly than the Orkin University and Training Center. Our Orkin facility includes classrooms, model training facilities and examples of common building techniques to provide trainees with first-hand knowledge of what they could expect to find in homes and businesses across the country. Orkin’s Technician face “real life” pest control scenarios that include a model commercial kitchen, a hospital clinic, hotel room, grocery store and a stockroom. Orkin is the only company in pest control industry to boast such an extensive training facility.
